- Not all shuttles are direct, there is a possibility that they are a few connections such as the shuttle to or from San Cristobal de las Casas and others.
- Collective shuttles are NOT punctual, you need to be 15 minutes before ready and do call us if the shuttle is 15 minutes late. The only number is +502 4943 4661
- We do not knock the door, people have to wait in front of the hotel, homestay, etc…
